WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 90+% of orders ship within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
T-Shirts and most apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks
of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
For specialty and FREE plus shipping items, please allow up to 4 weeks
delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our main office is in Cambridge, MA with Print On Demand partners and fulfillment centers in several states, some of our specialty items may ship directly from suppliers located in Asia and Europe.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be 
sent in separate packages.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF THE BODY, HAIR AND SKIN CARE PRODUCTS?

NYC Wear and Gear's private labeled Call Of The Wild Collection body, hair and skin care products are manufactured by the company that was founded in 1993 when a family owned department store that had been at the heart  of retail activity in downtown Macon, GA  for more than 100 years suffered the fate of many such stores that lost their customers to suburban malls and closed its doors.

Customer demand for the store's very popular as well as most profitable body, hair and skin care products was so great the former company's President wisely exploited the opportunity, resumed manufacture of those products and over time successfully cultivated as customers all kinds of boutiques and spas to make the products available not only locally but nationwide.

A serendipitous encounter at a trade show led to him allowing Elements Of Style, LLC to like those companies private label his company's proven products.
